Nominations are invited for the Health & Wellbeing Forum Co-Chair
The elected Co-Chair will support the current Chair in carrying out the duties outlined in the "Role and Responsibilities". Please also refer to the Forum Terms of Reference which can be found at the bottom of this page.
The BDA is made up of thematic forums:
- Community Economic Forum (CEF)
- Health & Well-Being Forum
- Bradford & District Safer Communities Third Sector Network
- Young Lives Bradford
- Equalities Forum
Each forum has a chair/co-chair represented on the Assembly Steering Group (ASG) which meets 4 times a year to steer the work of the Assembly and create a conduit between the forums, the wider VCS, the council and other public sector bodies.

Any one person from a group or organisation currently registered as a member of the HWB Forum is eligible to stand. See below to download the election documents.
