Diversity Key Talent Workshops - 17 & 18 February 2009
A two day interactive workshop on raising confidence and dealing with issues and barriers preventing individuals from starting and succeeding in business. Date: Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 February 2009 Time: 10.00 am - 3.30 pm Venue: Suite 6, 55 Godwin Chambers, Godwin Street, Bradford, BD1 2SD The course is free and refreshments and lunch is provided. Funded by Business Link, the Diversity Key Talent workshops uses the latest research in behavioural and cognitive psychology to help individuals either start-up or identify potential solutions for their business or self-employment. These workshops are delivered by highly trained experts from UrbanBiz and A4e to help individuals unlock their potential and develop new ways of thinking about business. The two day course takes individuals through a process of self-exploration using both group and individual exercises and gaining knowledge from the expert trainers. There will also be an opportunity to explore skills development and personal development through facilitated discussion and participants are encourages individuals to identify their current skills and hidden potential in order to build the confidence to take forward their business or self-employment ideas. A range of cognitive based tools will be used to help participants reach their full potential. Each participant who completes the two day course will have an effective action plan with a vision and the steps required to realise their entrepreneurial capability and will be provided with certificates at the end of the workshop training.
