Service User Survey Event - 10/11 March 2009

The National Service User Survey is conducted annually by the Health Care Commission through a postal questionnnaire. The focus of this year’s survey was Community Mental Health Services.

Two events will be held to enable service users, carers and staff to:

Find out what the Bradford survey results showed
Review action plan to improve services
Decide which key areas the Care Trust should focus on
Share ideas on what could be done to make people’s experiences better
Agree on further actions which will lead to service improvements
