Come to our FREE Moving on up Together Day:

Lunch: Will be provided
The day is for young people with learning disabilities (especially those from minority communities) who are becoming adults.
You can find out where to get more information about transition, meet new people and think about what you want for the future.
Different organisations will be there to help you think about work, college, advocacy, health and free time so that you can find out about what is out there and how you can get it!
