Exciting Dance Events for all the family

* From Toddlers to Grannies

* Come along and have a go!!

 

We start on 1 September through to 27 September 2009

Held at Eccleshill Youth & Community Centre, Mechanics Institute

 

Dance Events Include:

* Kids Disco

* ‘Hypocrites’ – Young up & coming Leeds ElectroBand – Thursday 10 September – 8.00 to 9.00pm

* Baby Ballet – Saturday 5 September – 2.00 to 3.00pm

The award-winning baby ballet Song and Dance Academy is a wonderfully exciting educational movement to music programme for pre-school boys and girls from 6 months to 7 years. Designed to encourage babies and young children to enjoy the benefits and joys of song and dance, baby ballet has built up a fantastic reputation for providing children with the opportunity to express themselves within a fun, safe and caring environment.  So if your baby, toddler or child has the bug for ballet and dancing, come and join the fun at baby ballet, the Nation’s favourite pre-school dance class.

 

* Keep Fit to Music – Friday 18 September – 10.00 to 11.00am

* Belly Dancing – Saturday 26 September – 2.00 to 3.00pm

* Live Family Band ‘Repertoire’ (Party / Pop /Motown & Swing) – Sunday 13 September – 7.00 to 9.00pm

* Rodeo Girl Line Dancing

* Beginners Line Dancing – Friday 11 September – 10.00 to 11.30am

* Sequence / Old Time Sequence Dancing

* Street Dancing

* Chairobics for senior citizens – Wednesday 2 September – 10 - 11.00am

* Chair Based Exercise – Friday 25 September – 10 - 11am

* Performing Arts For Primary School Kids – Wednesday 16 September – 4.00 to 4.45pm for 5 to 7 year olds and 4.45pm to 5.45 for 8 to 11 year olds
